Enjoy individual attention and customized routines utilizing all equipment in a one-on-one setting with an instructor or share your private session with a partner during a duet session. Private sessions are mandatory before moving on to small group classes. We help and encourage everyone to work towards graduating to group classes, but if physical conditions and limitations prevent you from doing so, exceptions will be made.
