Weight training, yoga, hiking, and biking have always been a part of LeAnne’s active lifestyle.
She was first introduced to Pilates as a way to help improve her strength and flexibility after a shoulder injury. She immediately fell in love with it! She found the results incredible and has since been using Pilates as her primary method for staying fit.
Her commitment and deep belief in the benefits of the system sparked her interest in learning more. When the opportunity was presented to become a certified instructor, she jumped on it. Diving deep into the work has not only enhanced her own practice but has honed her skills to lead others down the path of their Pilates journey.
